OPEN TO RELOCATE??????\n\nJob Title: PFI Project Manager\nLocation: Liverpool (Hospital Site)\nContract: Full- time\n\nOverview\nWe are seeking an experienced PFI Project Manager to join our team at a prestigious hospital in Liverpool. This is a pivotal role within a complex healthcare environment, requiring strong expertise in PFI contracts and the successful delivery of Lifecycle and Variation projects within facilities management.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Manage and deliver Lifecycle and Variation projects safely, on time, and within budget.\n\n * Coordinate Lifecycle Asset Surveys and produce associated reports.\n\n * Ensure projects comply with HTM, HBN, CDM 2015, and other relevant healthcare standards.\n\n * Develop and manage detailed project plans covering design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and training.\n\n * Manage contractors and subcontractors through procurement, delivery, and commissioning phases.\n\n * Ensure compliance with Building Safety Act (BSA 2022/2025) requirements for high-risk buildings.\n\n * Provide accurate financial reporting, reconciliations, and project performance updates.\n\n * Maintain quality systems and ensure completion of O&M manuals.\n\n * Support environmental and sustainability initiatives, including ISO14001 objectives.\n\n * Engage effectively with stakeholders, estates teams, and service partners.\n\n * Implement and maintain robust health, safety, and compliance procedures throughout project lifecycles.\n\nSkills & Experience Required\n\n * Proven experience delivering Lifecycle and Variation projects within PFI contracts, ideally in healthcare environments.\n\n * Strong understanding of HTMs, HBNs, CDM 2015, RIBA stages, and Building Safety legislation.\n\n * Experience delivering full MEP projects.\n\n * Sound commercial and contract management awareness.\n\n * Experience working in high-risk buildings under the Building Safety Act.\n\n * Strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills.\n\n * Proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused approach.\n\n * Innovative mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.\n\nWhy Join Us?\nThis is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in managing critical infrastructure projects within a highly regulated healthcare environment, offering exposure to complex, high-value programmes and long-term career development
