About the Role:
Join Ipsos as a Personal Assistant for a 12-month FTC. Be the linchpin for three senior Directors in the UK and global business. This role is your opportunity to enable leadership effectiveness through proactive diary management, communication triage, and complex meeting coordination. It's a chance to work with a team that provides crucial insights across various industries, assisting clients in navigating dynamic markets. Use your judgement to prioritize demands and support leaders in focusing on strategic priorities. This role is key to building strong client relationships and supporting high-impact research projects.
About You:
Proven experience in executive or personal assistant roles
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Strong written and communication skills
Capable of managing competing priorities and multitasking
Experience with hybrid meetings and AV/tech arrangements
Collaborative mindset and willingness to provide assistance where needed
Proficiency in AI tools and their application to administrative tasks
Essential Skills:

Experience in a matrix organisation

Our offer portfolio consists of strategic brand research as well as category & consumer fundamentals. We work with clients to understand the size and composition of a market as well as the segments/profiles/demand spaces therein.
