About the Role We’re looking for an exceptional Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative, operational, and project support to two Managing Directors. This is a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of company processes, enabling the leadership team to focus on driving the business forward. You’ll be the right hand to our MDs, managing complex diaries, coordinating projects, liaising with key stakeholders, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. Key Responsibilities Proactively manage and prioritise two busy executive diaries. Screen, prioritise, and respond to communications on behalf of the MDs. Organise meetings, prepare agendas, take accurate minutes, and track follow-up actions. Arrange UK and international travel, accommodation, and itineraries. Coordinate cross-departmental projects, ensuring deadlines are met. Liaise with external partners, suppliers, and consultants. Manage insurance renewals, contracts, procurement, and office facilities. Reconcile company expenses and oversee budget-related administration for the MDs. Draft, proofread, and format documents, reports, and presentations to a high standard. Produce and distribute the company’s internal newsletter. Oversee wellbeing initiatives and company events. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. About You You will bring a combination of professional expertise and personal integrity that ensures you are trusted at the highest level. Specifically, you will: Be highly skilled in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and familiar with SharePoint/OneDrive. Be organised and efficient, with strong project management skills. Maintain exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all work. Communicate clearly and confidently, both in writing and verbally. Be proactive and resourceful, able to solve problems and work under pressure. Handle sensitive information with absolute discretion. Be willing and able to undergo and maintain the required security clearance for the role.
