Youll step into each home ready to support residents and teams, deliver safe, compassionate care, and maintain high standards overnight. Youll be covering a mix of elderly and dementia care settings, working with well-established teams who will value your input, experience, and calm under pressure. What Youll Need: NMC Registration (RGN, RMN or RNLD) At least2 years post-qualifying experience, ideally in a senior or supervisory role Background in elderly or dementia care preferred A flexible, confident, and adaptable approach to working across different homes A commitment to delivering person-centred, high-quality care during the night shift Interested?
