As the People Relations Specialist (Partner), you will ensure that all People Relations cases are effectively supported and managed by the Specialist Hubs and Case Team.
You will embed in your CFU (business area) and have comprehensive oversight of the People Relations landscape in your area, acting as the bridge and People Relations Partner between the Case Teams and your CFU People & Culture (P&C) Team to ensure seamless delivery of case services. Additionally, you will identify case insights and themes through data and your partnerships, feeding this into continuous improvement and enhancing the colleague experience.
You will foster a values-driven and inclusive People Relations service and culture across your CFU area, ensuring that matters are approached with fairness, consistency, and a human-centric, risk-managed perspective.
Building strong stakeholder relationships will also be key to your role. You will leverage data and insights to drive strategic outcomes, improving case management, policies, procedures, and products.
Collaborating closely with colleagues in People and HR Services, CFU P&C, Senior Stakeholders, Ethics, Corporate Investigations, and the Legal team, your contributions will promote positive change, remove barriers, and enhance the colleague experience.
Deep understanding of ER practices, policies, and procedures
Ability to evaluate data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
Experience in designing and delivering effective training programs
Proven ability to manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes
Familiarity with SAP systems, SuccessFactors, and ServiceNow
10% on target bonus
