You will collaborate with stakeholders and managers to deliver the people strategy. This will include:

1. Strategic Partnering
2. Employee Relations
3. Talent Management
4. Learning & Development
5. Data Analysis
6. Assisting with the organisation's change initiatives, ensuring the delivery of changes are communicated throughout the business

What you'll need to succeed:

1. CIPD L5 (or equivalent)
2. Excellent employment law knowledge and HR principles and best practices
3. Blend of strategic and operations
4. Experience of working in fast-paced tech/retail environments
