We are seeking a proactive and experienced People Advisor with a strong background in employee relations casework to join our team. In this role, you will ensure that all People activities at emh align with business needs and contribute to the successful delivery of our business plan and People Strategy.

Working closely with People Team colleagues, you will lead on resourcing and recruitment processes, using data to inform workforce planning, performance management, equality and diversity, and service redesign.
We are looking for someone who can champion the consistent application of people policies and procedures, confidently manage employee relations casework, and influence decision-making through insightful reporting and analysis.
