Dynamite Recruitment are supporting the recruit of a Pensions Administrator to join a wonderful company that supply into the Financial Services industry. No previous Pensions experience is required \n\nAs a Pensions Administrator, you'll be part of a collaborative team managing the full life cycle of Pensions. This is a varied and fast-paced role that requires attention to detail, good organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise effectively.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n \nSet up new SIPP accounts and handle onboarding processes.
\nProcess contributions, transfers, benefit payments, and investment transactions. \nMaintain accurate records and prepare statutory reports. \nEnsure compliance with HMRC and regulatory guidelines.
\nRespond to client queries and build strong working relationships. \nContribute to improving internal processes and supporting system enhancements. We’re looking for someone with excellent administrative and communication skills, ideally with experience in pensions or financial services.\nSkills & Attributes:\n \nHigh level of accuracy and attention to detail.
\nStrong organisational and time management abilities. \nGood communication skills, both written and verbal. \nTeam player with a proactive mindset.
