A leading UK private healthcare transport providerrated Outstanding for Responsiveness by the Care Quality Commission (CQC)is looking for reliable and professional PCO Company Drivers to join its team on a permanent basis. With a fleet of over 800 vehicles and more than 2 million passenger movements completed annually, the organisation delivers essential transport services supporting both public and private healthcare settings.

As a PCO Company Driver, you will be responsible for providing safe, reliable, and comfortable transport for passengers across the home-to-school network within Wembley, Ealing, Southall, and the surrounding areas. Excellent customer service and a strong commitment to safety are essential.

• Safely operate a passenger-carrying vehicle in accordance with regulations.

• Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.

• Ensure a safe, comfortable, and efficient journey for passengers.

• Follow home-to-school routes within scheduled timeframes.

• Maintain professionalism and represent the organisation positively.

• Permanent, full-time role

• Monday to Friday

• Flexible hours, with core periods between:

  • 07:00 09:00

  • 14:30 16:30

• £13.85 per hour

• Valid PCO licence is essential

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Reliable, punctual, and able to manage your time well
