What the Payroller job will involve In this role, youll be responsible for processing the weekly payroll for approximately 100 employees, ensuring everything is completed accurately, on time, and in line with current legislation. Youll also provide support with HR administration and help maintain smooth internal processes across the business. Processing weekly payroll for around 100 staff using Sage Payroll, including statutory deductions such as PAYE, National Insurance and pensions Calculating overtime, bonus payments and varying hourly rates Responding to payroll queries in a professional, approachable and confidential manner Supporting with HR administration, including contracts, offer letters and contract amendments Maintaining accurate holiday, sickness and absence records Keeping employee records and documentation up to date Working closely with management to ensure payroll and HR administration processes run smoothly and remain compliant What were looking for Were keen to hear from candidates who are organised, dependable and confident managing payroll from end to end in a standalone position.
