Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll for weekly and monthly employees

• Process timesheets, overtime, shift allowances, and statutory payments

• Ensure accurate calculation of PAYE, NI, pensions, and other deductions

• Maintain employee payroll records and handle payroll queries

• Liaise with HR, finance, and department managers to ensure smooth payroll operations

• Support audits, reporting, and continuous payroll process improvements

What We're Looking For

• Previous payroll experience, ideally within manufacturing or a similar high-volume environment

• Strong understanding of UK payroll legislation

• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

• Confident with payroll software and Microsoft Excel

• Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
