This is a role for someone who enjoys being close to the detail, takes real ownership of their work, and thrives in a collaborative environment where payroll is seen as a critical business function.

What you'll be responsible for
End‑to‑end payroll processing for a large, diverse workforce Managing statutory requirements Handling complex payroll queries Supporting payroll reconciliations Maintaining and updating payroll systems Working closely with HR, Finance, and operational teams Identifying opportunities to streamline processes

Strong technical payroll knowledge - someone who understands legislation, calculations, and compliance inside out. A hands‑on approach with confidence managing detailed, high‑volume payroll activity.
