This role is pivotal in ensuring that employees are paid accurately and on time while maintaining compliance with all payroll legislation and financial regulations. You will manage end-to-end payroll processing across multiple departments, supporting continuous improvements and efficiencies in payroll processes. Working closely with HR and Finance, you will be responsible for maintaining strong controls, managing queries, and ensuring the smooth running of the payroll function within a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This position would suit someone with solid payroll management experience who thrives in a hands-on role and enjoys taking ownership of payroll processes.
