We're currently working with a fast-growing, global tech consultancy based in SW1 to recruit a brand-new hybrid role within their People team.
Due to continued expansion, they're now seeking a capable and driven individual to join their London office in a unique position that blends Payroll Coordination / Office Management, Executive Assistance. This is a varied, hands-on role perfect for someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and is eager to grow their skills—particularly in payroll and HR.

Key Responsibilities:

- Payroll Support (50%)
- Manage monthly payroll processing and pension administration
- Handle staff expenses and support general HR administration
- Maintain accurate employee records including holiday and sickness tracking
- Assist with contracts, onboarding, and systems updates
- Support wider People Team initiatives and projects
- Executive Assistant Duties (25%)
- Provide diary and meeting management for the leadership team (CEO, CFO, and one other)
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, catering, and logistics
- Book travel and accommodation, including visa support where needed
- Office Management (25%)
- Oversee day-to-day running of the London office (50 staff onsite)
- Act as first point of contact at reception—greeting visitors, managing post, answering phones
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and building management
- Ensure the office is well-stocked, functional, and client-ready
- Take part in H&S responsibilities (Fire Marshal / First Aider—training provided)
- Support planning and execution of internal events: summer/holiday parties, offsites, charity events, and team socials
- Help promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture
What they are looking for:

- 1–2 years’ experience in payroll coordination or strong interest in developing further in this area
- 2+ years’ office management or administrative experience
- Highly organised and numerically confident
- Positive, approachable, and calm under pressure
- Strong MS Office skills and attention to detail
- Enjoys working in a collaborative, high-performing environment
- Comfortable with a mixed and fast-paced role
