will be working in a well-equipped Pastry Kitchen, and the role is for an immediate start. The ideal Pastry Sous Chef must have: Experience in high-end, AA restaurants or Michelin Pastry Kitchens Experience in Pastry menu design and able to lead the Pastry team during service Attention to details and

strong leadership skills with a track record of team development Ensure product quality and consistency throughout shifts Whats on offer for the Pastry Sous Chef: Annual salary between £50,000 and £55,000 per year The Club is closed on Sundays, Bank Holidays and throughout Christmas 48 working hours per week Provided free of charge with uniform and safety shoes 33 days holiday per year (including bank holidays) Opportunities for progression and development Discounted gym membership with GymFlex Private medical + dental insurance with BUPA Workplace nursery scheme Cycle to Work Scheme
