Langosteria Group, in strong expansion, was founded in 2007 when CEO Enrico Buonocore opened the first restaurant in Milan's Via Savona: Langosteria. Langosteria quickly became a benchmark in Milan's dining scene, distinguished by its relentless pursuit of the highest quality ingredients.
The Group currently operates 7 exclusive restaurants across Milan, Santa Margherita Ligure, Paris (Langosteria at Cheval Blanc) and St. Moritz, with the prestigious addition of Langosteria at the historic Raffles Hotel London at The OWO in the heart of Whitehall, London.
About the Job
At Langosteria, excellence is built on precision, creativity, and teamwork. Were looking for a Pastry Sous Chef to support our Pastry Chef in delivering refined, high-quality desserts that complete the guest experience with elegance and consistency.
This role is ideal for a passionate professional who loves craftsmanship, attention to detail, and working in a fast-paced fine dining environment.
You'll support the Pastry Chef in daily kitchen operations and service execution
Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and taste of all pastry and dessert items
Supervise and train the pastry team, fostering growth and excellence
Manage mise en place, production schedules, and service timing
Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and company standards
About You
Minimum two years of experience in fine dining or high-end pastry kitchens
Strong technical pastry skills and attention to detail
Organized, reliable, and able to work efficiently under pressure
A team player with a positive, professional attitude
Passionate about quality, technique, and continuous improvement
