In 2025, we expanded internationally with the opening of Maxime’s, alongside a new Birley Bakery in New York City.  We now have an exciting opportunity for a talented Pastry Sous Chef to join our team at Oswald’s Club in Mayfair, leading the pastry departments of our two renowned restaurants.
