What you'll do As a Pastry Junior Sous Chefyou'll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests: You will be responsible for guiding and inspiring the Pastry team to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience. You will ensure the smooth running of your section and maintain the Dorchester standards at all times You will be involved in the creative menu development from time to time and will support the executive pastry chef.
