pastry junior sous chef required in central London for a new opening, this will be a brunch venue that does morning goods, pastry items, breakfast, light dining and brunch dishes . This venue is Inspired by elegant European cafés and private members club dining. This role runs the pastry section creating cakes, pastry items and baked goods, reporting into the head chef. pastry junior sous chef £40k.

The role
As a pastry junior sous chef you will run the morning goods and pastry section of this kitchen, you will create outstanding items you would find in private members clubs, 5 star hotels or European cafes. You will ensure the pastry looks fantastic and will include all the standard junior sous chef duties within pastry.

Experience
We are looking for a pastry junior sous chef with good pastry knowledge, you will be from a private members club, pastry production or 5 star hotel pastry department. You will have a good knowledge of pastry and morning goods and know European pastry items
