Senior Pastry chef / Lead pastry chef required for an establishment in Berkshire, the role will head up the pastry section, reporting into the head chef for the kitchen. This role is the most senior in pastry. The senior pastry chef will run a pastry section, with a team of pastry chef de parties, salary is £36k for the senior / lead pastry chef. 40 hrs, plus paid overtime.

The role

As a senior Pastry chef / Lead pastry chef you will run the pastry section, you will ensure pastry runs smoothly, prepare the prep list for the teams and ensure pastry runs smoothly. This role includes all the standard senior / lead pastry chef duties

Experience
