YOUR MISSION: You will be part of a BIG MAMMA kitchen team! You will be working in the pastry section to prepare our delicious desserts from scratch, from giant lemon pie to homemade gelato. You will be onboarding and training new chefs, coaching and supporting your team, working closely with kitchen management and ensuring the pastry section is run perfectly. You will uphold health & safety standards and maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen. You will spread magic and make our customers live the best moment of their day! YOUR SKILLS: Big Smile and passion for Italian food!
