Job Title: Pastoral Support Worker Location: Avonside School, Bristol BS4 5PS Hours: 40 hours per week | Monday to Friday | 8.00am 4.00pm Salary: £23,640.00 per annum (not pro rata) Contract: Permanent | Term Time Only Start: April 2026 UK applicants only no sponsorship available About the Role As a Pastoral Support Worker, you will help create a positive, caring environment where every child and young person feels valued and supported. You will provide direct pastoral support to pupils, particularly during times of crisis, and work closely with the Head of Behaviour and Welfare to implement the schools behaviour and wellbeing approaches. Your role also contributes to long-term planning that supports pupils holistic development.
