This is a critical role requiring precision, leadership, and a deep understanding of fire safety regulations in occupied buildings.\n\nYou’ll be responsible for managing all aspects of passive fire protection, ensuring compliance, safety, and minimal disruption to . The ideal candidate will have experience working in live environments and a proven track record of delivering fire protection projects to the highest standards.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Oversee the planning and execution of passive fire protection works (e.g., fire stopping, compartmentation, fire doors)\n\n * Manage subcontractors and ensure works are completed safely, on time, and within budget\n\n * Liaise with site teams, , and stakeholders to coordinate works in a live environment\n\n * Conduct regular inspections and quality assurance checks\n\n * Ensure full compliance with relevant fire safety legislation and building regulations\n\n * Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation for audits and handover\n\nRequirements\n\n * Proven experience in passive fire protection project management\n\n * Strong knowledge of fire safety regulations and best practices\n\n * Experience working in live environments, ideally student accommodation or residential settings\n\n * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills\n\n * Relevant qualifications (e.g., FIRAS, IFC, ASFP Level 3 or equivalent)\n\n * SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS card\n\nPlease send CV to apply
