Hours:
10am7:30pm (1 in 3 Saturdays)
6am4pm (1 in 3 Saturdays)
Daily Responsibilities Taking incoming telephone orders and upselling to increase invoice value
Making outbound calls to raise customer awareness and follow up on lost sales
Building strong customer rapport
Identifying and supplying the correct DAF/TRP parts
Supporting the workshop team by ensuring accurate and timely parts supply
Processing invoices and handling payments
Key Attributes Proactive and enthusiastic when dealing with customers
Professional with excellent communication skills
Able to work effectively in a busy, fast-paced environment
Organised with strong attention to detail
IT literate and confident working within company systems and processes
