The role:
Main Purpose of the Job
- Contribute towards the company’s target for Partnership Recruitment through experienced financial advisers and business owners.
- Achieve personal gross recruits' target of new Partners and Advisers as agreed with the Head of Recruitment.
- Ensure that all recruits meet the company’s commercial, cultural, and risk appetite.
Key Responsibilities of the Job :
- Deliver great client outcomes by ensuring SJP has sufficient quantity and quality of Partners and Advisers for our clients.
- Undertake the necessary tasks involved in the creation of recruitment activity, such as identifying and engaging the highest quality potential recruits.
- Progress recruitment activity toward the recruitment and selection of new Partners and Advisers, including insights, business planning, propositions to recruit and clients.
- Develop relationships to a level where prospective Partners or Advisers decide to accept the invitation to join SJP.
- Support and consult Partners on creating compelling propositions for new recruits and ensure there are the right opportunities for Advisers.
- Follow appropriate processes as prescribed by the company to undertake recruitment and selection professionally, maintaining SJP's image and reputation.
- Work collaboratively with all internal key stakeholders across SJP.
- Enhance SJP's brand and reputation through positive engagement and awareness.
Who we're looking for:
- Experience recruiting Advice Professionals and Business Owners.
- Detailed understanding of the financial landscape and marketplace.
- Strong knowledge of risk management and consumer duty.
- Strong knowledge of building business plans that help businesses grow through recruitment.
