Part Time Finance Manager

Office based role three days per week to suit candidate. We are recruiting for a Finance Manager AAT Desirable to work for a fun successful company. They are open to permanent or freelance if you prefer. Role will be to manage financial records including:

Sales ledger Purchase ledger Creation of all invoice and estimates Bank and credit card reconciliation DEXT receipt matching Debtor Chasing Journals Management of client credit accounts Project matching between CRM Dynamics and Quickbooks Weekly payments and management of all payments for the business Project reconciliation in QuickBooks against excel budgets Cashflow management Management accounts for SLT VAT submissions Cashbook postings Maintaining asset register Analysis of past and future event projects Managing accruals and pre-payments of projects VAT returns Liaising with auditors at year end Stock reporting and monitoring Overseas payments, using best rate Overseas VAT reclaims
