The finance function plays a central role in supporting both day-to-day operations and longer-term decision making. This role sits within a small, close knit finance team and works closely with senior stakeholders across the business, providing insight, control and support across multiple revenue streams.

Key responsibilities: Production of monthly management accounts with supporting analysis Variance analysis and commentary for senior management Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes Maintenance and oversight of the purchase and sales ledgers Posting journals, accruals and prepayments Balance sheet reconciliations and control account ownership Monitoring margins and cost control across projects and departments Business partnering with operational teams Supporting year-end processes and audit requirements Involvement in cashflow forecasting and working capital managementCandidate profile: Part-qualified or qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) Experience in a management accounting or similar role Strong Excel and analytical skills Comfortable operating in a hands-on roleSalary: £38,000 - £40,000
