Are you a technically strong Paraplanner who genuinely loves getting under the skin of complex financial planning… but also wants to feel valued, supported, and part of a team that really cares about doing things properly?

If you’re Chartered or close to Chartered (AF exams underway or nearly complete) — this could be a brilliant next step.

The Opportunity

You’ll join a respected, forward-thinking Wealth Management firm supporting highly qualified Financial Planners with true end-to-end financial planning — not just report writing.

You’ll be involved in:

✔️ Detailed cashflow modelling

✔️ Technical research & analysis

✔️ Producing high-quality suitability reports

✔️ Attending/planning client meetings (where desired)

✔️ Working collaboratively with Advisers & Admin teams

✔️ Helping deliver outstanding client outcomes

Your voice will matter. You’ll be encouraged to contribute ideas, shape processes, and develop your technical expertise further.

What We’re Looking For

You’ll likely be:

Level 4 Diploma qualified as a minimum

Chartered or on the final stretch toward Chartered status

Experienced in a Paraplanning role within Wealth/Financial Planning

Confident across pensions, investments, IHT & general tax planning

Detail-driven, proactive and genuinely committed to great advice
