THE OPPORTUNITY A rapidly growing, independently owned IFA firm in Horsham is recruiting an experienced Financial Paraplanner to join their busy, close-knit team. This is a newly created position driven by business growth the firm currently outsources a significant volume of paraplanning reports and needs dedicated in-house resource to manage that workload. With five financial advisers generating consistent client activity, a pipeline of practice acquisitions, and a director who actively invests in the team's professional development, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced paraplanner who is ready to hit the ground running and grow with an ambitious firm.

THE ROLE You will work directly with a team of five advisers, taking ownership of the paraplanning process end-to-end. Your core responsibilities will include: Preparing detailed suitability letters and reports for pension transfers, investments, trusts, and bonds Collaborating with financial advisers to gather and analyse client data income, assets, liabilities, insurance, and investment holdings
