They offer competitive salaries, flexible working and genuine progression opportunities.\n\nThey are looking for someone committed to the vision that they share for delivering an excellent service to clients whilst progressing employees’ personal development in a supportive environment.\n\nKey Duties\n\n * Working alongside the team to provide support with client work\n\n * Proactively managing your own caseload of client matters\n\n * Meeting and greeting clients and handling telephone discussions\n\n * Taking new enquiries from prospective clients\n\n * Dealing with the financial management and administration aspects of client matters\n\n * Keeping fee earners up to date on the progress of tasks\n\n * Managing diaries and inboxes\n\n * Managing electronic documents sent to and from external parties\n\n * Collaborating with the team and wider departments\n\n * Participating in the firm's networking initiatives\n\nDoes your previous experience include:\n\n * Experience of working within a Private Client Department\n\n * A good understanding of the Solicitors Accounts Rules\n\n * Advanced IT skills including Microsoft Office\n\nDo you have the following personal skills?\n\n• Excellent attention to detail, organisational and communication skills\n\n• Great time management skills\n\n• Self-motivated, outgoing and proactive\n\n• Professional and works well both independently and in a team\n\n• Calm under pressure\n\nDue to the large number of responses we receive it is not always possible to respond to every application straight away.
