Salary: £35,000-£42,000 DOE Hours: Full Time | Permanent

Are you an organised, compassionate and detail‑driven legal professional looking to progress your career in Private Client work? Our client, a respected and long‑established firm in Aberdeenshire, is seeking a motivated Private Client Paralegal to join their growing team.

About the Role

As a Private Client Paralegal, you will play a key role in supporting solicitors across a varied and rewarding caseload. You'll handle matters such as wills, powers of attorney, executries and trusts - taking files from initial instruction through to completion with professionalism, accuracy and empathy.

Key Responsibilities

Managing your own caseload of Private Client matters with appropriate supervision Drafting legal documentation including wills, powers of attorney and executry inventories Supporting fee earners with trust management and lifetime planning work Managing client communication sensitively and professionally Ensuring files are compliant, organised and maintained to a high standard Providing wider administrative and legal support within the department

About You

Experience in a Private Client paralegal or legal support role (executry experience highly advantageous) Strong drafting skills and excellent attention to detail Confident managing your own workload and juggling priorities Professional, empathetic and able to support clients during sensitive situations Knowledge of wills, powers of attorney, trusts and executries A reliable, discreet and collaborative team‑player committed to excellent client care
