Successful applicants will be responsible for preparing and refinishing damaged vehicles to a high standard, carrying out a professional and efficient repair to our customers vehicles. Hours of work are Monday-Friday, with flexible shift patterns available and the salary is up to £80k OTE dependent on experience. The main duties of the role are: * Refinishing vehicles and new panels to a high standard, utilising the latest paint technologies. * Maintaining and caring for company tools, equipment, and our customers vehicles. * Working efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced accident repair centre * Adhering to all company, safety, and health regulations to ensure the highest quality of work. To be effective in this role, you will have: * A recognised qualification or NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Refinishing. * ATA – Senior Panel accreditation (preferable not essential) * Previous experience working in a vehicle body repair role. * Strong teamwork, time management, and organizational skills.
