*Main purpose of Job:*
* To undertake repair work on all makes of motor vehicles in a safe and economical manner, achieving the highest-possible standards of workmanship. * To work effectively within the Bodyshop team to ensure industry-leading standards of customer care and satisfaction are achieved at all times. * Responsibilities:
- Repair and restore damaged vehicle panels using appropriate techniques and tools
- Remove dents, scratches, and other imperfections from vehicle panels
- Replace or repair damaged parts as necessary
- Follow schematics and specifications to ensure accurate repairs
- Weld and assemble panels to restore the structural integrity of the vehicle
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and equipment to complete repairs
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and ensuring satisfaction,
Requirements: - Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive systems. - Experience in panel beating or a related field is required. - Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required - Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment. - Attention to detail and ability to work with precision. - Excellent problem-solving skills to identify issues and find effective solutions. - Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
