We are well established in the social housing sector and provide reactive repairs for local authorities and housing associations. We are looking to recruit an experienced Painter

& Mould Wash Operative . The work involves carrying out repairs to properties with damp and/or mould issues; apply mould wash , stain block , patch plaster and re-painting to make good. The ideal trades person will have worked in social housing. The job requires work and travel across North West London including areas Barnet, Camden, Wembley, Westminster, Harrow, Ealing, Hounslow and Hammersmith. Properties are situated across all of these areas so there will be regular travel as a requirement of the job. We are looking for an individual who lives locally.
