About you as Painter and Decorator Previous hospitality experience ideally in 5 star properties Ability to adhere to deadlines and prioritise workload effectively Problem solving attitude Work diligently and effectively with excellent attention to detail Ability to work independently Willingness to learn new methods and other aspects of maintenance Support wider team with tasks and deadlines Flexible to work evenings and/ or weekends when required Key responsibilities of the Painter and Decorator Under guidance of Chief Engineer and General Manager, provide proactive and reactive painting and decorating service to hotel Be able to respond to changes in job priorities at short notice Be responsible for repairs and surfaces of walls, floors, ceilings front and back of house of the hotel Carry out regular room walks and inspections to ensure any damage or updates are logged and addressed Participate with engineering shift rota pattern as and when required Be confident in completing any other reasonable task as required by the Chief Engineer Be fully aware of the Hotel's Fire Safety Procedures and Health & Safety regulations We are looking for passionate people people to join our Dandy team!
