Finishing Operative - Paint Sprayer Location: Denham Shifts: Week A - 06:00 to 14:00, Week B - 13:45 to 22:00 Salary: £31,500 + 22.5% shift uplift

A leading manufacturing organisation is seeking an experienced Finishing Operative to join its specialised finishing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for applying a range of sprayed finishes to precision components, ensuring all work meets exacting technical and quality standards.

The Role; Paint Sprayer This position involves preparing, masking, spraying and inspecting components using a variety of paints, coatings and lacquers. Working within a modern finishing environment, the Finishing Operative will ensure all materials are handled safely, equipment is maintained correctly and production schedules are met.

Key responsibilities include: Paint Sprayer Preparing surfaces and applying gloss, matt, primer and topcoat finishes using hand-spray equipment. Setting and operating ovens to required temperatures and curing times. Masking components to drawings and speci...
