Our client — a leading independent digital agency in London — is looking for a Digital Account Director / Paid Media Director to lead key accounts and drive performance at the highest level. The Role In this position, you’ll be the strategic lead across major client accounts, overseeing paid media strategy, ensuring campaign excellence, and building long‑term partnerships. You’ll guide a talented team, shape innovative performance strategies, and play a key role in the agency’s continued growth. Responsibilities
Lead paid media strategy across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms Own senior‑level client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor Manage and mentor a team of account and media specialists Oversee reporting, insights, and recommendations to support client growth Collaborate with creative, data, and leadership teams to push boundaries
What You Bring
5+ years’ experience in paid media, with strong agency‑side experience Proven ability to lead strategy and manage major client relationships Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and team development Confident communicator with commercial acumen
