They deliver measurable results for high-end e-commerce clients through expert campaign management across Google Ads and Meta. They're looking for a Paid Media Account Manager to join their small, agile team in central London. The Role You’ll manage client relationships while running hands‑on performance campaigns primarily across Google Ads and Meta. This is a blend of campaign execution and account management – setting up campaigns, optimising daily, and presenting results to clients. What You’ll Do
Set up and manage performance campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (paid social and paid search focus) Conduct audience and keyword research, building targeted campaigns Run A/B tests and identify daily conversion rate optimisation opportunities Provide weekly/monthly performance reports using Data Studio dashboards and present to clients Allocate budgets strategically and liaise with clients regularly Support programmatic display campaigns where needed (dedicated partner handles most programmatic)
What You’ll Need
Strong hands‑on experience with Google Ads (search) and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) from an agency background Proven track record managing campaigns that have grown revenue Solid platform knowledge: Google Ads, GA4, Meta Business Manager Excellent analytical skills and ability to turn data into insights Great communication and presentation skills – comfortable client‑facing

Luxury or premium brand experience Programmatic or SEO knowledge
