With dedicated campaign and creative teams already in place, theyre now looking for a Paid Digital Media Analyst to optimise, refine and elevate performance across all paid channels.This is a role for someone who thrives on data, insight and continuous improvement not just delivery.The RoleYoull sit at the centre of paid media performance supporting the strategic implementation and ongoing optimisation of campaigns across: Paid Search (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads) Paid Social (Meta, LinkedIn and more) Programmatic Display & DSPs Online Video & emerging digital channels Working closely with campaign, creative and analytics teams, youll analyse performance, identify opportunities and ensure every campaign is delivering against key business objectives from acquisition through to retention and revenue.What Youll Be Doing Monitoring and optimising live paid media campaigns across multiple channels Analysing performance data to identify trends, gaps and opportunities Supporting campaign strategy through insight-led recommendations Refining targeting, bidding strategies and channel mix Ensuring campaign quality, tracking, tagging and compliance standards Collaborating with internal teams and external media partners Producing clear, actionable reports and presenting key insights Testing new approaches, tools and technologies to improve performance What Were Looking For 2+ years experience in paid media, digital marketing or campaign analysis Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, paid social and/or programmatic Confident analysing data and translating it into meaningful insights Experience optimising campaigns (not just setting them up) Excellent communication skills able to influence and collaborate Highly organised with strong attention to detail Desirable: Google Ads / Analytics certifications Experience with GA4, Looker Studio, Power BI or similar Exposure to multi-market or multilingual campaigns Why This Role?
