Women applicants: To support services for women aged 18+ who have experienced rape or sexual abuse.

Enhanced DBS:          Required for all positions

Specialist Training:  11 Week course starting in September

Fundraiser / Office Manager

Location:      Hybrid – In-Person (Hatfield) and some remote possible

Hours:           16 hours per week (flexible schedule daytime core hours, with occasional evenings)

Pay:                £19 per hour

Manages:    Part-time Office Administrator

You will be a proactive, organised, and experienced Fundraiser / Office Manager. You’ll be at the heart of our operations, helping to secure funding and ensure the smooth running of services. 

A varied and hands-on role that also involves project and IT support requiring strong initiative, flexibility, and a passion for making a difference.

Service Support Co-ordinator

Location:      Hybrid – In-Person (Hatfield) and some remote possible

Hours:           12 hours per week (flexible schedule daytime core hours, with occasional evenings)

Pay:                £15 per hour

Reports to:  Office Manager

This vital role involves coordinating volunteers, managing client allocations, and assisting with day-to-day administrative and outreach tasks.

You will are self-motivated, organised, and compassionate, with experience in HR or team coordination. You’re confident using IT systems and enjoy working collaboratively.

Volunteers

Rape Crisis Support Specialists – Provide direct support via phone, video, or in person. Must be available for a minimum of 1-hour slot every two weeks plus Thursday evenings for training and supervision.

Helpline Volunteers – Respond to helpline messages remotely (phone, email, or text). Must be available during the day every third week or more to access messages and Thursday evenings for training and supervision
