Job Description

Our client, a high profile and extremely successful,  Entrepreneur and Influencer requires a first class assistant to provide support across all areas of their busy life.

This is a pivotal “right‑hand” position supporting the principal who leads multiple high‑growth ventures (including a chart‑topping podcast and fashion brand). The PA will ensure their professional and personal lives run seamlessly, acting with absolute discretion, initiative, and a “no‑task‑too‑small” mindset.

\n\n

 

\n\n

This is a demanding role and requires someone with extensive experience supporting at a similar Founder / CEO level.

\n\n

 

\n\n

Hours:-   09:00 – 17:30 (flexibility and out‑of‑hours support required)

\n\n

Location:-   Hybrid & multi‑site – South‑West London, Vauxhall and occasional WFH/travel

\n\n

Salary:-   £50k-£70k dependent on experience

\n\n

Start Date:-   Monday 22nd September 2025 (3 weeks handover)

\n\n

Interviewing:-   Immediately

\n\n

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

\n\n

 

\n\n

Personal (50 %)
\n● Comprehensive PA Support – own diary, priorities, and day‑to‑day logistics.
\n● Travel Management – plan complex domestic & international trips end‑to‑end.
\n● Calendar & Diary Management – coordinate personal and household schedules.
\n● Financial & Admin Liaison – work with accountants; manage receipts & payments.
\n● Property & Household Oversight – liaise with contractors, utilities, and household staff.
\n● Pet & Lifestyle Coordination – arrange dog care, vet visits, grooming, etc.
\n● Wardrobe & Packing – manage wardrobe, clothing orders/deliveries and packing outfits for travel/events.
\n● Event & Social Planning – organise dinners, celebrations, gifting, and RSVPs.
\n● Special Projects – support renovations, gifting, etc.

Business (50 %)
\n● Inbox & Communication Gatekeeping – triage email, Slack, and calls, draft replies.
\n● End‑to‑End Business Travel – create door‑to‑door itineraries incl. meeting prep.
\n● Schedule & Calendar Management – orchestrate multi‑time‑zone diaries & briefs.
\n● Rapid Change Management – handle last‑minute alterations.
\n● Financial Liaison – interface with accountants & advisors on business accounts, manage expenses and paying of invoices.
\n● Document & Presentation Creation – produce polished decks, reports, and spreadsheets.
\n● Office Operations – oversee supplies, cleaners, and room bookings.
\n● Correspondence Drafting – craft professional letters, emails, and memos.
\n● Brand‑Team Coordination – align schedules and comms with personal‑brand managers.

\nDay‑to‑Day
\n● Daily Approvals – compile a streamlined daily approvals list by gathering and organising action items from Slack, email and other platforms to ensure efficient decision-making across multiple ventures..
\n● Senior Stakeholder Support – enable leadership to execute priorities seamlessly.
\n● First Point of Contact – field enquiries and direct them appropriately.
\n● General Executive Support – reminders, task tracking, household admin, logistics.

Candidates must be / have:

  • 3 + years in a high‑profile PA role
  • \n\t
  • Proven success supporting high‑profile / entrepreneurial figures.
  • \n\t
  • Impeccable presentation and verbal & written communication skills.
  • \n\t
  • Comfortable liaising with luxury suppliers and high‑net‑worth stakeholders.
  • \n\t
  • Passion for fashion, travel, wellness, or design.
  • \n\t
  • Masterful time‑manager; thrives in fast‑paced, high‑pressure settings.
  • \n\t
  • Discreet, solution‑oriented, and unflappable with competing priorities.
  • \n\t
  • Flexible team player with a friendly yet professional demeanour.
  • \n\t
  • Meticulous attention to detail and natural problem‑solver.
  • \n\t
  • No task too big or too small attitude.
