Orchestrade Business Analyst | Front Office | Energy Trading | ETRM/CTRM | 6 Months Rolling | Upto €/£1200/Day | Hybrid | Inside IR35

One of our leading Commodity Trading clients is seeking an experienced Orchestrade Business Analyst with strong Physicals expertise to join their team on an exciting contract within the Energy Trading sector ⚡️

The Role

This Orchestrade Business Analyst opportunity sits within a front-office ETRM focused team, where the emphasis is on hands‑on Orchestrade configuration rather than purely functional analysis.

The team is looking for someone who combines business analysis capability with strong, practical Orchestrade configuration experience. While the role includes requirement gathering, the core value lies in the ability to translate requirements directly into system configuration.

You will play a key role in the global implementation of Orchestrade, supporting the migration from OpenLink Endur, and configuring the platform to support trading activity across the business.

This is a highly practical role where ETRM configuration skills are prioritised over pure BA experience.

• Work across global teams to support the implementation and customisation of Orchestrade
• Play a key role in the migration from OpenLink Endur to Orchestrade
• Act as a hands‑on configurator within Orchestrade, not just a functional BA
• Collaborate closely with offshore & onshore Front Office stakeholders and technical teams
• Translate business requirements into live system configuration

Configuration Experience Required:

• Trade capture (e.g. Spot trades and other front‑office flows)
• P&L and valuations
• Product onboarding
• Curve setup and pricing
• Power and energy trading workflows
• Work on key risk and valuation components, including:
• PFE (Potential Future Exposure) configuration
• VAR and historical VAR datasets
• Clearly explain and support:
• Trade lifecycle within Orchestrade
• End‑to‑end trade capture workflows
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within Commodities Trading (Physicals or Derivatives)
• Strong front office exposure
• Hands‑on Orchestrade configuration experience (essential)
• Experience with FX or Metal products is highly transferable and valued
