Orchard / Top Fruit Manager
to take ownership of substantial, productive orchards set within beautiful surrounding grounds and woodland. This is a hands-on, career-defining role for someone passionate about fruit production, land management, and delivering exceptional standards in a stunning environment. The Role Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will: Manage, maintain, and harvest established top fruit orchards Maximise yield and quality from already productive trees Oversee orchard health, pruning, planting, and seasonal planning Operate and maintain relevant machinery and vehicles Take responsibility for adjacent grounds and woodland areas Play a key role in the continued success of a growing, award-winning business About You Proven experience in
orchard or top fruit management Background in horticulture or agriculture within a similar environment Confident operating machinery and vehicles (relevant licences preferred) Relevant horticultural or agricultural qualifications advantageous Hard-working, highly motivated, and detail-focused Passionate about producing high-quality fruit and maintaining land to exceptional standards Why Apply?
