Human Resources Manager @ Kovaion Consulting | People & Culture We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Techno-Functional Consultant to join our UK team. This role is ideal for a professional with at least five years’ hands‑on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, combining strong technical skills with solid functional understanding of HR processes. You will play a key role in implementing, configuring, supporting, and optimising Oracle HCM Cloud modules to meet business objectives across our UK operations. Key Responsibilities
Implementation & Configuration: Lead full-cycle implementations and configurations across Oracle HCM Cloud modules — including Core HR, Absence Management, Talent Management, Workforce Management, Payroll, Benefits, OTBI Reporting, and Time & Labour. Customisation & Development: Develop and customise Oracle components such as reports, workflows, and integrations to meet UK-specific business and statutory requirements. Business Analysis: Partner with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements, map them to Oracle functionality, and recommend effective process improvements. Integration & Data Management: Support data migration and integration with third-party UK payroll, finance, or benefits systems. Support & Troubleshooting: Provide post-implementation support, manage system enhancements, and ensure compliance with UK data and employment regulations. Testing & Documentation: Conduct testing (system, regression, UAT) and maintain detailed technical and functional documentation. User Training & Support: Deliver training sessions for HR teams and end‑users to drive adoption and effective system use. Upgrade & Patch Management: Manage Oracle release updates, patches, and ongoing optimisation cycles. Collaboration: Work closely with global technical teams, functional consultants, and business leaders to ensure alignment with corporate strategy and compliance.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent qualification) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience implementing and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud in the UK environment. Eligibility: Candidates must be UK Permanent Residents. Technical Expertise: Strong hands‑on experience in Core HR, Absence, Talent Management, Payroll, Benefits, OTBI Reporting, and Time & Labour. Functional Knowledge: Thorough understanding of UK HR, payroll, and compliance processes. Certifications: Oracle HCM Cloud certification (highly desirable).
Preferred Skills
Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid (office/remote) setting.
