The Role
We need an
Oracle Fusion Payroll Techno-Functional Consultant
to support our Oracle Fusion related applications and delivery for one of the UK's large airline customers.
Your Responsibilities
1. Functional Responsibilities
Lead and support
Oracle Fusion Payroll implementations and rollouts . Gather and analyze payroll business requirements including:
Earnings, deductions, and statutory components Payroll calendars, periods, and consolidation groups Pre-payments, costing, and payment methods Retro-pay, balances, and year-end processing
Configure payroll components such as:
Payroll definitions and payroll relationships Element entries, classifications, and eligibility Balances, balance feeds, and dimensions Payroll costing and GL integration
Support payroll validation, parallel runs, UAT, and go-live activities. Provide functional expertise to
HR, Finance, and Payroll stakeholders . Prepare
functional design documents (FDD) , configuration workbooks, and test scripts. 2. Technical Responsibilities
Develop and maintain
Fast Formulas
for:
Payroll calculations Earnings and deductions Proration, arrears, and retro logic
Design and support integrations using:
HCM Extracts BI Publisher reports REST / SOAP APIs
Support inbound and outbound integrations with:
Third-party payroll vendors Banks and payment systems GL and finance systems
Troubleshoot payroll issues related to calculations, balances, costing, and payments. Support data migration and ongoing data loads using
HDL and HSDL . Your Profile
Essential Skills / Knowledge / Experience
10 12 years of experience with
Oracle Fusion . Expertise in
Oracle Fusion Payroll
module implementations. Fast Formula
(Payroll, Element, Proration, Retro). HCM Extracts . BI Publisher . REST / SOAP APIs . HDL and Spreadsheet Loader (HSDL) . Basic
SQL
knowledge. Preferred Qualifications
Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll certification. Experience with
multi-country or global payroll implementations . Knowledge of
local statutory payroll rules
(country-specific). Experience in
AMS / production support environments . Exposure to
Finance and GL integrations .
