The role

As an EPM Consultant, you will lead, shape, and develop the increased use of Oracle Cloud technology across our Finance functions as we continue our transformational journey to our strategic end state. Initially focusing on system support for our EPM modules, the role will also provide opportunities to expand your knowledge to Cloud ERP modules.

You will ensure adherence to process controls to ensure compliance, identify improvements to mitigate risk, and increase efficiency. Develop and maintain technical and operational standards and quality assurance processes. Provide solution assurance for BAU and change activities as required.

You will monitor key dependencies (both internal and external) on Finance plans and activities, escalate risks or issues, and act as a strategic partner in impact assessing, proposing, and designing end-to-end solutions using industry best practices and innovation.

As a coach, you will contribute to knowledge transfer within the team to enable continuous cross-skilling, improve capabilities, and reduce dependency on third-party support. You will aim to become an expert on Cloud ERP modules and ensure colleagues understand how to work in a cloud-enabled environment.

You will provide expert guidance to colleagues across Finance and the wider business, engaging with technical and functional stakeholders, including at the executive level.
