OPEX Support Team Leader - (Temp Cover)

We are currently recruiting for a Team Leader (Opex Support) Temporary cover based in Enniskillen on a 5 day on site working model. My Purpose As an OPEX Support person, you will be reporting into the site's OPEX Coordinator. Your role will be focused on process improvement, problem solving, project delivery and assessing the maturity of the site against the company's OPEX Management Pillar Book. This is the perfect TL/GL intermediate role to help your development within the business.? Key Accountabilities: Leadership Ensure the Implementation and the sustainability of the site OPEX Model happens on the shop floor. Undertake bi-monthly area maturity assessments along with (& on behalf of) the OEC? Support & lead training workshops using and maintaining the site OPEX training matrix? Support the delivery of a site culture development plan in line with OPEX Principles and Business Values. Stand in for the OPEX coordinator. People Coach and facilitate improvement across all functions and areas as directed. Engage at all levels and create the environment to help people become the best they can be. Listen, and use effective communication to build trust among team members and colleagues. Excellent Results Maintain and review site OPEX databases on a monthly basis? Undertake area optimisation walks (Focus on efficiency)? Undertake TL/GL lineside boards coaching (KPI's, ATP, 3 C's, 5 Why's etc.)? Undertake/Support Process Optimisation Projects? Support & review daily KPI reporting process (Yields, Productivity, Waste, Giveaway etc.)? Standard work and Problem Solving Undertake 8SPPS & MBR coaching and support delivery using all OPEX tools? Run OPEX meetings where required (e.g. Monthly OPEX meeting/ 8SPPS meetings)? Create SOP's and standards. Train out OPEX standards and site standards to all functions. Ensure the site Standard Work is in place and being used to prevent Gap Down risk. Maintain a rolling 12-month Master Schedule of all projects on site. Assess site management or IT systems of work, meeting effectiveness, team member roles & responsibilities effectiveness, KPIs, strategy / goal deployment to ensure that they meet the standard expected. Provide ongoing feedback to all levels of the site and act as a catalyst for positive change. Skills & Knowledge Desirable: MS Office skills (Specifically formulas and graphs skills - Excell)? Able to use influencing skills to align groups to work in support of our business goals and objectives? Able to handle conflict in a positive manner Essential: Leadership skills and experience? Excellent communication skills? Lives the core values of Pilgrims and OPEX to an exemplary level? Desirable Good coaching skills (Team training, advising etc.)? Good Facilitation skills (Leading meetings/ workshops etc.)? Familiar with the concept of Continuous improvement (OPEX ways of working)? Basing decisions on facts & data (Good analytical skills)?
