Where will you be working?

We help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards.  We’re problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure.

This role will be within our Demand management and network infrastructure team.  We look after 60 million meters and our teams provide advanced metering solutions to help manage demand for essential suppliers.

What will you be doing? 
 
You'll be setting out, maintaining and removal of road closures and diversions along with taking on site set ups and dismantle photographs.
 
Day to day you'll carry out and record daily vehicle checks as well as loading and unloading all aspects of traffic management onto vehicles and making sure all vehicles are sufficiently and safely secured.
 
We'll need you to carry out and complete site specific risk assessments and amend when necessary and install, run up, set timings, maintain and dismantle all types of temporary traffic lights and pedestrian crossings inc, 2 way and multi - phase.
 
You'll also handle the maintenance of traffic management sites including battery exchanges.
