What you'll be doing:

Overseeing multiple leisure sites across London, with a focus on engagement, energy, and efficiency

Leading and developing a passionate, high-performing team who love what they do

Driving a positive customer experience through top-tier service and a vibrant atmosphere

Ensuring each site runs smoothly , from staffing and stock to health & safety and customer flow
