Job Title: PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

Support project coordinators in PLM, introducing new parts and complex modules. PLM involves managing a product’s lifecycle from concept to production and retirement.

Manage D&E project material availability, execution, and risk resolution.

Advise stakeholders on PLM, supply chain, and configuration changes.

Conduct structural analyses and implement operational plans.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives and maintain work instructions/processes.

Mentor, coach, and onboard new project coordinators.

Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications:

BSc/MSc in Supply Chain, Logistics, Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.

Minimum 2 years relevant post-college experience; semiconductor/tech industry experience .

Strong understanding of PLM, planning, logistics, and supply chain processes.

Analytical, organized, assertive, and proactive problem-solver.

Excellent communication, teamwork, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to adapt to fast-paced, high-tech, low-volume environments.

Technical affinity and customer-focused mindset.

Other Requirements:

Office/hybrid role; occasional travel.

Must be able to sit, walk, lift up to 20 lbs, and perform typical office duties.

Vision: close, , peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
